    We find guest for your property and handle all the legal papers.

    We handle deposits, cleaning and city fees and will make sure the entire process goes smooth.

    We check the guests in and out as well are their contact person 24/7 for any questions they might have while staying.

  • Home Watch

    Home watch is a service where we work with your excising providers like lawn and pool service to make sure everything goes as planed with your home. That includes walk thoughts of the property at scheduled times.

  • Lawn Service

    We have our own lawn service company which makes sure your property looks great at all times. Contact us for prices.

    Our very own pool service makes sure the water is always crystal clean and safe to swim in.

She has been in the Florida vacation rental industry for over 10 years and has plenty of experience in how to make this exciting business easy for everybody involved. Before Andrea moved to the sunshine state she lived in Bavaria, Germany where she also owned her own business.
